Maiz Cleaning

This project focused on helping Maiz Cleaning LTD, a cleaning service built through three years of word-of-mouth referrals, transition into a more scalable and professional business. While the company had a recognizable logo and strong local reputation, it lacked the materials needed to present itself credibly when pursuing larger commercial contracts.

My role was to translate that existing trust into a cohesive set of professional brand assets. I designed and developed a website, business cards, brochures, and invoice templates to create a consistent and credible presence for both outreach and client interactions.

Within six months of implementation, Maiz Cleaning expanded from two to seven recurring commercial contracts, increased inquiry rates through its new website and printed materials, and began securing work beyond its original referral network.
